Where to promote webinars?

I've offered webinars in the past on other forums that have gone well and I'd like to present one here on offline marketing. I don't think that would be a WSO, but where would it go? This section of the forum or somewhere else?

I Think the best way to promote your webinar is your email list. If you have huge list of subscriber you can email them and notify about your upcoming webinars.

Agreed. I would never go to a webinar unless I already knew the person. Consider buying a solo ad from someone in a related niche.

This forum would be a great audience for it and it's a topic I'm sure is of interest. This is definitely the right audience, just don't want to break any of the rules about promotion; some forums have very specific rules about that.

the best way is to build list and then to promote it to them. on this way they will have trust in you as your subscriber.

This section is more the general interest asking question section. Maybe you can add a link to your webinar in your signature, or take out a banner ad or an ad in one of the subforums of the WSO section

The most effective ways to promote a webinar for you would be:

    - social outlets. It's important that you share the details about your upcoming webinar on all of the social sites where you, your prospects, and your clients engage on.

    - guest blogging. If you do guest blogging, spread the word about the upcoming event in the relevant posts.

    - send emails. If you have an email list, you may gain exposure, if you send out a newsletter about your webinar.

    - signatures. Including info about webinars into your signature on forums and blogs (where possible) would also be great.

Also, picking up a killer topic, creating an informative landing page, setting a registration goal, attendee goal would greatly contribute to your webinar success.

Hope you find these tips useful.

Who's your target market? Is it offline business owners or marketers who want to sell to offline companies?

Answer that question. If you're targeting small business owners, this isn't a great place to find them. If you're targeting marketers, the WSO section is where you'd want to post about it and offer the optin page. You can also pay for a Classified Ad here on the warriorforum and... if it requires no optin you could put it in the War Room.

    AML,

This section of the forum is NOT the place to promote your webinar. Generally, promotions go in the PAID advertising sections of the Warrior Forum.

Just a hint: Offline marketing is not of universal interest to all Warrior forum members. I would think you will have a much better return on your advertising dollars if you segment your audience to just those who want to learn about offline. It's like anything else, you're not going to convert any new prospects to your niche with some advertising . . . so it's much better to focus on only those that already are interested in what you're going to offer.

    Good luck with the webinar,

    Steve
