Where i can submit articles with the option to put a link somewhere inside ?

Hello. Soon I plan to translate few dozens articles, and I would like to submit them in some directory.

What are some good directories where I can submit them that will allow me to put a back link or affiliate link ?

For subjects like:
business
economy
finance
real estate
investing
marketing
science
technology
energy
psychology
fitness
weight gain

and maybe other topics.

There are many article directories and one of the more popular ones is of course EzineArticles.com. You are allowed to place a link to your own site in the resource box. You do own those articles you plan to translate to English, don't you? Any good article directory that can provide either traffic or backlinks has their standards and anything iffy to them will be rejected.

  I plan to translate them so I can train my foreign languages too. I'll for a content that is unique to the English web space. Thats OK isnt it ?

There are several thousand directories you can submit your article to and include a link inside your article as well as the author bio.

Rather than doing it manually, I recommend using a service that has been around for a very long time.

It's called iSnare.

Free Articles and Press Release Content Submit Directory and Distribution Service Provider

Don't fall for modern day article submission software... because the way this kind of thing works, is that companies have to have relationships with article directories to properly integrate with them. Since iSnare has been around the longest, they have the biggest list of reliable directories.

If you want you can go for article directories but a better way to that would be guest posts, there are many sites that would offer a link in the post itself or otherwise a private blog network

  Actually i don't have a website. I'd like to submit an article and promote an affiliate product at the end of it.
  
  Lets say for example I have an article about "how to invest in real estates"
  
  Where is best places to put it (that will have relevant traffic).
  
  And btw if you know a good affiliate products on the topic will be useful too. Thanks

From my understanding of it (and please, PLEASE correct me if I am wrong) as long as you you are using quality, unique content (not using a content spinner or automated scripts, pushing to thousands of directories very quickly), article submissions and Web 2.0 Property meshing (not pyramids) are still a very viable source of authority and ranking.

Obviously it takes a considerable amount of time, but hey, long term results are what we are aiming for right?

Please advise if I am wrong

Another idea : if your article is long enough, make a PDF out of it, 2 or 3 pages, with your link cloaked with TinyURL or similar service.

Then submit your PDF document to Scribd and other document sharing sites.

  That is a good idea. To make something like a short ebook and promote some affiliate link inside.
  
  Can you recommend please what is the best topic to make a free ebook on. (by best I mean from a stand point that people will be more likely to buy the affiliate product).
