Anyone Heard Of This???
Just got a weird email from a guy telling me he purchased a product from me and wanted a refund ASAP.
Well, the wanting a refund part isn't the strange part, the strange part is....
1. The cost - he was charged $70
2. The payment processing company - Gorilla Pay LLC
Never heard of #2 before in my life!
So, I tried to explain this to him and because I responded, he "assumes" that I was the person he purchased from.
While it was true that he did buy one of my MRR products from someone, it surely wasn't me collecting the payment.
I instructed him to contact his credit card company and do a charge back since he stated that this fee was taken directly out of his cc.
What else can I tell this guy to convince him that I wasn't the reseller here?
He even threatened me with attorney garb in his first email. Which was unnecessary as I would have responded to him to help without the threats.
Any thoughts on this?
