Cool free Squeeze Page plugin from AppSumo

As mentioned in the title, all the credits have to go to AppSumo for this.
They offered a while ago a cool WP plugin you can add a full width squeeze page "guru style" above the fold while below comes your regular Blog.
It works with most Themes but not all as far as I could see.
