What are the best ways to promote a Coming Soon (Pre Launch Signup Page) Page?

Hello guys, I hope all of you are doing well.

Well I am working on a project in a company. Currently we are working to design our pre launch signup page (coming soon page/squeeze page) and hope to be done with it soon. But I am confused about one thing which is very crucial. And that is how to promote a pre launch signup page (coming soon page/squeeze page) so we can catch the attention of early adopters and let them signup with their email address for further updates? I have gone through some blogs to get some better ideas but still I am confused because different people are using different methods.

Our platform will be a outsourcing marketplace and we have some unique value propositions. Our target audiences are startup focused technology entrepreneurs/companies.

I believe lots of experienced peoples are here to help me with this. If you have any question please let me know so we can make clear discussion.

Thanks in advance!

Run a competition. Give something away for free and get people to sign up to be entered. Draw the winner on launch day.

Could build a nice buzz around it.

Yup, agree totally. You might wanna check out Omar Martin and see how he builds up buzz for his products. Pretty insane if you ask me.

    Determine your target audience.

Find out where they are hanging online.

Put your offer infront of them.

On your startup page.. do a long and strong video that seperates you out from the competition.. call them out on their weaknesses, kinda infocommercial style, then drive the email signups to mailchimp or something.. also get them to share and social the video, bla bla bla.. now for promotion.. take the same video and recut it a 100 times and throw it up on youtube under different titles and descriptions, etc, all driving back to the site.. then start creating content videos about your industry and attaching the other on the back. Until you get a product out there its hard to do much of a prelaunch but video marketing is very effective for it. Whats the product?

If you like my posts please leave a thanks and message me if you wish for me to follow up with your thread. I enjoy engaging with entrepreneurs and ALWAYS willing to take the time to offer solid answers that you can take to the bank. Internet marketing has made me rich over the last +20 years and this is how I give back to the community for all of those evil popunders I used to sling in the 90s.

I like the idea of making video. Video marketing is great and effective. Our product is an outsourcing marketplace and of course we have some unique value propositions.
