What can I do with this domain?

I recently purchased itea.info and eventually turned it into a tea blog.

Unfortunately now I have decided not to continue with the blog as I already have quite a few websites.

Now should I dump the domain name? Or should I wait 5-10 years and then sell it for a huge price?

How valuable do you think itea.info (domain) is?

    A tea blog? I see...

You should wait for it to gain some value. I don't see anyone buying a tea blog or anything. Age counts, too.

tea.com would be worth huge money. itea.info, not so much.

Based on the info you've provided it's impossible to offer
you solid advice. Is the blog getting any traffic? How much?
Is the blog generating any revenue? How much?

  • Hello, currently itea.info is not being used on any blog. I just have the domain, that's about it.

There is no intrinsic value in your domain. It only has value if/when the domain becomes worth something to a ready/willing/able buyer that gives you an offer.

You create that value be developing the domain so that it gets traffic consistently and it generates income consistently.

If you merely "wait 5-10 years and then sell it for a huge price" you're going to lose money because in the meantime you must continue to keep it registered each year.

There is no reason to think "itea.info" would be worth anymore years from now
than it is today. Personally, I would just let it expire.

Cut your losses on the domain, make sure to take auto renew off if you have it on in your registrar and go kick some ass on your other sites!

I would drop it. Cut it loose and find another domain name/niche to start over with.

Just let it expire, it will save you time so you can work on other domains...

tea.info would be more valuable than itea.info. If you're not going to keep up with the site, I'd let it expire. On the domains marketplace, you can sell some info for a good price if they are premium domains. I don't consider itea a premium domain.
