Google Webmaster Tools on SERPs

Google Webmaster Tools has a section that shows what search queries are getting traffic to which webpage and its approximate placement in their search results (sometimes this is accurate, sometimes it is way off).

Anyway, I found several long tail keywords leading to pages that do not exist. They existed when my site was static. They don't exist now that it is a blog. The change from XSite Pro to Wordpress happened at least 6 months ago. The pages that they show should be gone.

That page shows up in Googles Webmaster tool but there is no corresponding page on my newer blog.
This is not the only page like that. There are atleast a couple more. It is like Google has a snapshot of what my site's structure looked like a year ago and are using that to make these search query decisions. It seems to be only a txt file. There is no theme, only adsense and a white background with words on it.

What does the board think might be happening and what can I do about it?

Thank you for considering my problem.

Additional: There is adsense on these pages and the adsense is showing Battlefield 4 so the adds are up to date. Is this maybe an old host trying to get some adsense revenue?

Thanks again.
