How to avoid Microsoft SmartScreen???

All emails I sent to outlook/hotmail arrive in the Junk folder, and so I'm losing money by the day....

Any advice on ...

1) Getting out of it
2) Preventing it in the future

What should I avoid in my emails ?

What autoresponder service are you using? Or are you sending from your own server?

That's your answer right there. Have you tried getting in touch with Microsoft's Live division regarding white listing your emails? Maybe you can step them through the process you use to recruit list members. The big advantage of using trusted ARs like GR and Aweber is that they have the manpower to establish relationships with big webmail outfits and get whitelisted. People shouldn't be complacent about this fact and use it as an excuse to get all fast and loose with the quality of the mail they send though.

The same methods as all filters.

SPF records, reverse DNS, clean IP, content, etc.
