Reputable CPC or CPM for Adult (Escorts)?

Hello everyone,
I am still having hard time monetizing my traffic. Tried some Peerfly offers, nothing converted. Now used clickbank offer for "tao badass". No conversions too.

So i wanted to ask if anyone knows a good Adsense like etwork which accepts escorts websites, which is reputable and has been in business for long time. Thanks!

    Have you tried dating offers? They can convert pretty well.

    CB eBooks are history - it's too easy to download them for free.
