Is it difficult to draw into on amazon with same images and descriptions image from another site?

I tried it out several times to promote products but it was not easy to upload same images and description through uploading pop- up windows etc. from another sites.

Is it impossible that scrapping all of same images,descriptions from a specific shopping site (with right to do that) and uploading on amazon?
If that is possible, how can it be done through easy way?

Have you looked into a CMS (content management system) like wordpress? With something like wordpress, you can upload and customize a design and use a 'plugin' to insert Amazon products onto your website. I'm sure there are also plenty of Amazon affiliate scripts and pre-developed websites.
