Is Hostgator Server Down?

INTERNET MARKETING

It appears from where I am that I can't login to Hostgator or see any of my sites. When try and view my sites I get a message saying "Under Maintenance we are currently performing a schedule maintenance will be back soon." Anyone else is experiencing this.

What do you expect? EIG is an investor driven firm, profits are number 1 priority.

Yes it is ... again. Leave while you can. Today was just the latest incident. There have been many, many more this year.

Hostgator is garbage:

I have no idea why people still use Hostgator in 2013. It's terrible. It's not even the same "Hostgator" anymore, not since summer 2012, and is nothing more than an EIG brand now.

Also don't use
- Godaddy
- Yahoo
- 1&1
- Dreamhost
- the 50+ EIG brands, including Hostgator, Bluehost, Justhost, iPage, Fatcow, and a crapload others

There are better hosts. Find one, and use it.
