For Merchant accounts who accept credit card payments from customers, where the merchant account then pays you (to your bank account)

We have found a list of top 10 merchant accounts - but they don't seem common ones, that marketers use, or are they?

Are these 10 top merchant accounts common/regularly used merchant accounts used by many internet marketers?

    There are so many different types of businesses, I can't imagine there is any one that is best for all of them.
