Where can I find a Website Broker?

I have a pretty cool site with 100K Pageviews and 66K Alexa for sale. I want to sell it at a good price, and was thinking about going the broker route.

I looked around the forum but didn't come across much, So if you guys can tell me where I can find one, it'll be appreciated.

    Have you looked into selling the website yourself on Flippa? You can handle the sales transaction using Escrow.com through Flippa.

    What you would have to be concerned with is presenting your website for sale in a way that would achieve the highest auction or buy it now price. That is where the broker comes in but I say it is worth a shot without a broker taking a cut. If your website has been around for over a year, has income, and shows potential in the future, you can certainly fetch a nice price for it. Flippa is still a great place to sell valuable websites. People have complained in the past but these complaints usually come from the people selling cheaper websites.
