Do any of you send out mass emails?

I have some pretty large lists of emails that I would like to make some blasts out to. I have a program that has SMTP account integration.

The last thing I want to happen is my main domains to be blacklisted. Should I sign up for a separate hosting account and create some separate domains just for emails? I have client websites hosted on my server now and don't want to jeopardize their domains either.

I'm new to email marketing.

Thanks!

First of all, where did the email lists come from? That is what's most important.

If they are just junk lists purchased from someone else (ie: you have no relationship with the list) then I would simply delete them and move on.

As long as you obtained them legitimately hen you have nothing to worry.

No, it's spam. Many ad programs such as Adsense condemn webmasters sending unwanted emails. It's just not cool. Don't do it.

It's for offline consulting. Mobile renegade was used to generate the lists. The emails will not be a sales pitch, but a qualifier.

If Mobile Renegade is a program to scrape email addresses, you can stop the thread right now. Asking for advice on how to send unsolicited bulk email (or giving advice on same) can get you banned here.

As well he should be, both for his sake, and to protect the reputation of this professional forum.

No it's not a program to scrape emails, I just had a list of them.

      Nevermind then
