What features do you look for when choosing an autoresponder

I have not posted here for a looong time but I hope to get back into the marketing game again

As far as I know, there are a lot of autoresponder programs out there and I'm extremely interested in hearing from you guys which service are you currently using and why?... what does it provides that made you choose it?... list segmentation? price? deliver rate? ease of use? integration for your wordpress site?
I'm a software developer and I'm thinking in creating an autoresponder service targeting my country, and your answers would be extremely valuable to me when designing it.
