Confused, Throttled and breaking my head
Hi all,
I have been tired and sick enough to find a goodt means where I get bunch of software related work from clients offshore.
Sites like elance, odesk , so called freelancing sites smells as fish market where people slammed the charges for the sake of surviving which i dont think it is suitable for running a small SME with 10 members team who are mainly in to mobile apps and web apps.
We had also tried to get leads through linked in and posted in classifieds, adwords and spent a bunch on marketing materials.
All that we can do now is running with one or two projects which is quiet passive. I have got no clues to develop this strategy to reach the next tier.
Offer me some best pieces of advice where I can opt.
