    I used to promote muscle building products, two programs that really converted well for me were No Nonsense Muscle Building and Visual Impact.

    Selling greatly depend on how you pre-sell product as an affiliate, and less on how it is sold on sales page. I tried persona driven method to promote No Nonsense Muscle Building and Visual Impact.

    Superhero Workout, The Adonis Effect and Visual Impact are some good celebrity workout programs for men.
    Venus Factor, Flavia Del Monte also have some good products and there's Visual Impact For Women are some for women.

    I never promoted women products so I don't have good idea about it. By the way their sales pages look good.
