Googlebot Access Denied - Any Suggestion?

Hello Fellow Warriors,

I noticed traffic dropped in few of my websites and when I checked my Webmaster Tool account, I discovered that various links are being denied of Googlebot access. The websites are wordpress based sites.

I will appreciate any suggestion on how to fix it.

    Just check your robots.txt file. In this case the url is restricted by robots.txt.

    Make sure the privacy settings in wordpress is set to allow search engines
    Make sure all your wordpress pages have <meta name="robots" content="index,follow" />
    Make sure the robots.txt file is not blocking the google bot from indexing your site
    Make sure that the .htaccess file does not have entries that block access to your website.
