Google plus Commenting system Spam Issue

I have recently integrated Google plus comments on my blog, and it helped me to boost my Social signals (As more sharing is happening) and increased the over all traffic from Google plus.
Though one major problem that I'm still facing is combating the spam. Google plus comments doesn't allow admins to moderate the comment, and only way to combat comment spam is by reporting it.


Are you using Google plus commenting system? How you fighting spam?

    I'm not a big fan of any comment system to be honest since they all seem to have their own downsides.

    Maybe you should reconsider the Google+ sysyem if its not working out so well for you.

    Are you using Google plus commenting system? How you fighting spam?
    It is just a question of counting the cost. If the benefits outweigh the cost then i would encourage to continue using this facility. Google wants to control its products and would not want to share that responsibility with some one else. Which is a shame really since they allow us to control the comments on our youtube channels. They need to do the same for this as well
