Hi Warriors,

I have not found a good information on the forum about the webinars.

I have a large mailing lists in the IM niche, I am undecided if do a webinar or not to sell some of my products.

I have read mixed reviews about webinars.

Some advise them, others do not.

What do you recommend? Can I think to use a webinar replay or maybe it's better a traditional video sales page?

In addition, it is true that a webinar is best for selling high ticket products, but are advised against for products with low cost (under $ 400)?

I get along well with "traditional" marketing, but I'm curious to know if there is a way to do even better.

Thanks!

Webinars are the best ways to get in touch with your (future) clients, and those people that advise you not to i bet they never did one in thier life! If they weren't succesful you think big"gurus" in this industry would use them?
Of course you need to know how to do it in ordert to get the most out of it..and you can find a few WSO's that teach you how to do this.
And the best webinar is A LIVE one! People always have questions..so instead of looking to a "cold" video..where they cannot interact..it s way better to do a live webinar..to talk with the people, to answer thier questions, to show them that you care.
Put yourself in thier position from who would you like to buy more, from a person that just throws a recorded video like most do these days, or from someone who talks to you directly, answers your questions..? I know who i would buy from.
And to answer your last question, no it s not true that work only for high ticket products, they work extremly well with all kind of products, if you know how to talk with them.
Just remember when you start a webinar you ARE NOT there to sell a product .. you are there to RESOLVE THEIR PROBLEM!
    Hope that helps!

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say webinars are bad. They allow you to connect with the potential buyer better than anything else other than a live seminar where you can shake hands. This leads to higher conversions for your offer and a long term follower that trusts you.

You can sell any priced offer on a webinar with great success... the high end offers just do better in a webinar setting compared to if they were being offered straight from an email. There won't be as big of a difference when promoting the lower end products because it requires less trust to purchase than the high priced ones. Hence, why webinars do well at selling them.

Webinars work really well for higher priced items that just will not sell off of a standard sales page.

The downside to webinars is that they take a bit more work to put together, inviting people and promoting the replay ...

That being said, they do tend to have much higher EPC's than just email offers to your list
