Hostgator Online Support Chat Issues??
Been using hostgator for years for a few accounts so I'm a frequent flyer on their online chat system.
Today, I got onto chat through Chrome browser, waited 23 minutes, I heard the little ding-dong sound that it was my turn but the chat window never popped up after waiting even another 15 minutes.
Figuring it's a browser thing, I went to a different computer and used firefox to crank up another hostgator chat. Waited another 26 minutes, my number came up, heard the ding-dong sound again. Still no chat window.
Gasped as I fired up IE and I still have 10 minutes wait time. Has any one else experienced this today? Finally got hostgator support on the phone and they don't know of any problems of course with their online chat.
Just trying to find out what possibilities might be. Ideas?
