    There are many ways you can create your own website. Whether or not you outsource the work is your choice, but it can be done by anyone -- depending on the size. You can hand-code it, or you can use a template with WordPress. Before we can help you, we need to know exactly what type of website you wish to create.

    If you are starting out, my advice, read up on WordPress... a great start for beginners, easy to use and theme. Also Google loves wordpress when it comes to SEO

    Let's the professional do it, or you would need to understand the basic concept of website.

    Ex: I'd rather hire content writers to write for me while I'm working on my professionalism.

    Um...that's as broad as you can get.

    Well, here's a step-by-step guide.

    1. Buy a domain name. (I use NameCheap)
    2. Buy hosting (I use HostGator)
    3. Install WordPress.
    4. Install a premium theme (optional; I use StudioPress)
    5. Create content.
    6. Customize.

    Within each of those steps, however, there are TONS and TONS and TONS of steps. You might find a step-by-step website creation guide somewhere, but I doubt it will be free.
