Is this youtube video too good to be true?? How can I rank at the top of Google??

Hello everyone,

I recently had the pleasure of viewing the youtube video below:

My question here is simple--How the heck does that guy who made the two review sites (which is honestly nothing more than a wordpress blog created in 2 hours or less) rank so highly in the Google search engine? One thing is clear--the sites are oh so simple with just a few picks and some short content, nothing really impressive and something easy to do by anyone. Clearly, the reason this affiliate marketer is doing so well is because he is at the top of Google so anytime that someone searches groom wedding speech he is at the very top. I NEED to know how to do this because it would benefit me greatly. His sites are so simple... he doesn't even have a squeeze page or anything...

Another thing to consider is where did he get the fake image and did we create an alias because he says he is someone he's not when reviewing the product? I am guess that is a stock image but that would be illegal to use, correct?

Please reply to this thread. I am fascinated with getting to the very top of a Google search. I realize that my blog/niche site sales could skyrocket. How do you do it?!?!
