List Of Ways To Make Money Online

Something I see regularly on this forum is newbies asking for the best or the easiest way to make money online. No doubt that Internet is the biggest market in the world but it is also the one with the most misconceptions.

Like any business, there are no easy money to earn online. The tip is to find something that meet your skills, something that interested you. Then, you stick with your choice until you master it.

I don't want to look like a "Jack of all trades, master of none" so, with your help, let's build a list of ways to earn money online (in alphabetical order). I start it with few examples, there is a lot more and I count on you to complete the list. What is YOUR method to earn money on the Internet?

Affilate Marketing: CPA (Cost Per Action) Network where affiliates are paid to drive traffic to a website. The network rewards the affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate's marketing efforts. The affiliates receive a commission on all referred sales or lead to a merchant.

Amazon: Amazon has an affiliate program that allows people to sell products listed on their site.

Blog: You can earn money with a blog by promoting affiliate offers, selling books or stuff from Amazon, with Google Adsence or by selling advertising space.

Ebay: Sell your own products or you can offer to companies to sell their product or overstock inventory. I sold many products on ebay form companies in the outdoor activities niche like roller skates and snowshoes. Often companies do not have someone internally for dealing with online sales and are always ready to sell more. Usually, they are very receptive to this kind of proposal.

Ebook Author: Are you very good in a domain? You can write an ebook and sell it online through Amazon. There is a lot of information to help you on the Internet and especially on this site (Warrior Book Club).

Email Marketing: If you have a list of prospects, you can promote offer through it.

Facebook Ads: The biggest traffic source to advertise but take time to read their rules if you don't want to have your account banned.

Fiverr.com: An online marketplace to offer tasks or services.

Media Buying: You can buy ad placement on sites to put banners and promote offers. You can contact site owners directly or use the service of sites like SiteScout which is a better option to start.

Mobile:
Most companies do not have a website optimized for mobile. However, there are now more people who surf the Internet via their smartphone or their tablet than on desktop computer. There are several companies that offer online solutions to quickly create mobile sites. You can be a reseller and offer monthly packages to all kinds of companies such as restaurants, hotels, hairdressers and many others. These mobile sites may include coupons, location via Google maps, opening hours etc. GoMobi.com, mobile-website-reseller.com and mofuse.com are just a few that offer this opportunity.

Mobile Marketing: Nowadays people are more open to buy via their mobile device. You can create ads optimized for mobiles and promote CPA offers. It's time NOW to jump on this great opportunity!

PPC (Pay Per Click): Bing Ads and Google Adwords are the best known PPC sources. You should create mini sites to promote CPA offers.

PPV (Pay Per View): LeadImpact.com and TrafficVance.com are two PPV popular sites. You create landing pages that will pop-over web sites. Note that TrafficVance is asking for a $1,000 initial deposit.

Pinterest: You can post images ("Pins") and add links to your site or the landing page of an offer.

Sell photographs: If you are an amateur photographer, you can sell your work online on site like BigStockPhoto.com, IstockPhoto.com, PhotosStockPlus.com and many others.

Solo Ads: Promote MMO (Make Money Online) via Solo Ads (NOTE: This method requires a good initial investment.)

Twitter: Open an account that target a popular niche, add followers and make money by getting advertisers to your tweets.

Answer questions and put links to offers.

YouTube: Create promotional videos (or hire someone on Fiverr to do it) about a popular niche and add a link to your blog or an offer. It can be a testimonial about a CPA product or any other offer.

I agree with you that those who are looking for "easy money" are expecting too fast results and that is the sign of lazy guys. However, the biggest problem for newbies is to be information overwhelmed. Some can think that this list will not be helpful to them but, in my opinion it can give new ideas. If I have had a list like this one when I started, I would have did some search and found "my way" faster.

Buying and selling domain names is another one, but it is probably one of the most complicated ones. Many domainers are only really collecting domain names with the hopes of selling them. You have to have great negotiating skills to grab a premium domain at a price that you can resell for a profit, or you need to buy a domain name that is worth nothing now, but possibly worth thousands in the future.

Thanks.Great stuff. But if you have traffic in your site, I think the ad-sense is easiest as it does not require much involvement.

Exact! That's why I said: "The tip is to find something that meet your skills, something that interested you. Then, you stick with your choice until you master it."

The list is just a big picture of the business. Most newbies don't know where to start and if they do some research regularly, they will find something new everyday! The list is like a buffet, you look at this and take what you want and when you find what is a good fit for you, you stick with it.

  • There are so many ways you can make money online, the key is to not give up and find what is working and what isn't.

The reason people are scared of fail is because they probably bought some get rich course that said the can make 30k a day starting today hahahaha. The fact is, if you want to make money online then you need to treat it like a normal job and put the work in.

This is a great list by the way
    Thank you

Just one advice, stick with one or two method only until you success.
Do not keep jumping from one way to another.
I always do like that before. Stop it. Then you can success

Ps: maybe after 2-3 month trying, you can try another method.

    A few more:
    1. iWriter - Easy money if you can write stuff quickly.

    2. Textbroker - Have to have the gift of the garb

    3. Craiglist - Selling services and affiliate products. The key is to look genuine and NEVER spam. If the posts don't get ghosted or flagged, you can make really nice money.

    4. Flippa - flipping sites that have traffic or have a completely unique concept.

    5. Linkedin - Selling job affiliate offers work fantastic. It was better earlier when job posting was free, but works well even now that they would have you pay for posting a job. Works best with pay per lead free sign up offers.

    6. downloads.cnet.com - Can make recurring income if you have a software that people are looking for. Getting accepted into Cnet is not difficult if your software is really unique and in demand. They'll co-bundle your stuff with their downloads and that's how you make money.

    7. Google Groups - You can get boatloads of traffic to your money site if you join the right groups.

    8. Paid Press Release - I said paid because they tend to work better than the free ones. If you can produce a newsworthy item around a product you are promoting, you can get some fast sales.

    9. Selling hosting and domains (as affiliate) through free products - Hosting and domain name signs ups make earn you good and you can promote them through free products. The trick is to offer free stuff that offers REAL value.

    10. Mobile Apps For Businesses - There are several mobile app creation platforms that allow you to create apps easily for a small membership fee. You can sell such apps to specific businesses for a high price.

Not sure, but if I have included something already proposed earlier, please ignore that.

    To your success

One of the best and most profitable ways is to do solo advertising. Solo advertising can help you to build your list and help you to make money as well. Most all marketers use solo advertising as their vehicle for building their huge lists and putting loads of money into their bank accounts.

There's work involved in this, but if you do a solo ad right, you will gain new subscribers and more money into your bank acount. However, it also depends upon your sales copy on your site and how your squeeze pages are designed that will determine the effectiveness of any solo ad campaign that you do.

It is not only the ad itself that matters but also the site that you're selling from and your squeeze page, as well as your call to action and so on.

However, to round it all off, I would have to say that solo advertising is far better than pay per click advertising in the fact that with solo advertising, your ad is put directly in front of as many eyeballs as humanly possible whereas with pay per click advertising, you're at the mercy of stragglers and people coming off of other sites who have clicked on your ad.

Most marketers have built their lists and even made much of their money by placing solo ads. A matter of fact, the bulk of their Internet traffic comes from solo ads that they have placed with other fellow marketers.

Solo advertising puts you in the forefront of one's list giving you an unfair advantage over pay per click advertising because you're leveraging the power of someone else's list.

    Great sharing, thank you.

For newbies, you should choose one way that suits you most, then focus on it, and try to make it work for you. Don't try too many ways at the same time.

Nice list, I think what newbies need is precise, concise steps to achieving sales or conversions via these methods. But good for total noobs I guess and your heart is in the right place.
