Does being smart-priced on one domain affect all domains?

INTERNET MARKETING

Basically I've created a crap site and am using my adsense there. If it gets smart priced, will that affect my other sites? either traffic wise or smar-price wise

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't answer my question... If that site gets smart-priced, does it affect other sites under the same publisher ID?

If you read the page and understand how smart pricing works, you will see that it can not affect your entire account. It will affect a website that features ads by specific advertisers who cap their bid amount based on the performance they are receiving.

Here you can see someone expressing that he has noticed smart pricing on one of his domains without it affecting his other domains.

I have found that they can extend the "smart" price. When you get hit it really "smarts" - pun.
