I don't know what to ask

So I'm snoopin around the interwebz looking for Press Release examples, then I stumbled upon a website which I thought was a real PR site, the domain also doesn't relate to anything on his site. It's like foodstomakeyougetfatter.com (not the site but random like that)

I see that he has VERY good SEO articles, each article has over 14 of the same keyword (not the spammy type either), and just looked again, and the whole page is SEO'd (is that a word?)

He has a plugin where it pops up and says related articles popping up from the side, at the time, I thought it was a real PR site so I was like did he put a freakin' script inside the article somehow? LOL

What I'm wondering is what do you think he could be using it for? and how do you think he's monetizing it? No ads or anything.

P.S.
I found a link of his site on Alexa and it looks like he may be sharing links through a new social site. I'm going to play detective and see how he's monetizing it.

Update: it seems he just makes a lot of domains and websites and redirects them to his partner site.. I'm so confused now
