want to own an IM firm while doing minimal IM work

So the idea is to do the business analysis around the internet marketing - I will mostly be using Social PPC for CPA offers and advertising on a blog I will make. The issue is I also have another business I am running and cannot dedicate time to this... I know what to do but dont have time to do it... How exactly can I go about hiring contractors, VAs etc to execute my business plan? Are they on elance?

      You can't hire a VA to start a business, you can hire a VA or contractor to run the business.

      You need to define the processes and then turn if over to odeskers
