Are the files too big file size-wise or length-wise?

What are you using to export your videos?

I've uploaded a 1GB video to Youtube before, so file size shouldn't be a problem.

If you're exporting to MP4, make sure you set the codec to H264 and the level to 5.1 for maximum quality. You might also want to check your bitrate settings (if your program allows it) and make it higher.

Not sure if this will help you...

    From YT..

By default, you can upload videos that are 15 minutes long. To upload longer videos, follow these steps:
    1. Visit the upload page at www.youtube.com/my_videos_upload
    2. Click Increase your limit at the bottom of the page, or visit https://www.youtube.com/verify
    3. Follow the steps to verify your account with a mobile phone. Currently we aren't able to offer other ways to verify your account.
Once you've increased your limit, make sure you're using an up-to-date version of your browser so you can upload files greater than 20GB.

Yeah get a Google Account, then upload the video to Google Drive.

You can embed private videos that are hosted in Google Drive.

Also you can upload videos to DailyMotion, set them to private, and embed them inside your membership site.

Let me know if you have ANY questions, I do a lot of video stuff like this.
