Need Constructive Criticism On Website

Stop using stock photos, especially bad ones.

Get a wordpress theme or a designer to make you a site that doesn't look like it escaped from 2004.

Profit.

I find your site very difficult to take seriously, considering the number of sites out there offering the same sort of services in a tighter looking package.

Perception is reality and what people see within 5 seconds of visiting your site determines whether or not they stay and purchase your product/use your service or bounce out.

Move the video to the left side and the banner to the right side. Make the banner more visually appealing. The banner does not stand out. It is easy for me to ignore it.

The buy it now segment features three packages. The packages are not of equal sizes; that's because some packages feature more things than other packages. The packages that lack features should state in their respective sections that it is not included. This entices consumers to buy the bigger packages that has more features; consumers can compare more effectively.. which can result in more compulsive purchases of the bigger package. Re-consider how you describe and feature your packages. Look at more professional approaches on other websites (not necessarily in the same niche).

Also try taking out the extra white space on the sides of the header and content.

First thoughts are nice clean and refreshing site with an unusual angle on the dating niche.

observations: you are not collecting your visitors emails, they may well be interested in your offers but reluctant first time round to purchase.. get their emails so you can keep their interest alive and market to them .... give them a freebie of some sort.

Suggestions:

1. Make the media fit well together. YT vid screen and image are different-sized.
2. Too much text on the front page! And not even broken up into little, easy-to-read paragraphs.
3. Columns are too wide. Make 'em thinner.
4. I'm almost sure I'd rather keep my photo as is after seeing the "retouched" ones.
5. TWO videos on one landing page?
6. There's a W crying out to be capitalized in your basic plan. I'm picky.
7. PayPal buttons? Well...
8. Pick a different typeface and increase your font size.
9. Different theme.

Well .....

1) Your developer used the most generic wordpress theme available. There are many themes available with more of a professional flair. You might want to consider trying a different one.

2) You need a favicon.

3) If you stay with this theme, you may want to adjust the CSS to improve the font type and colors on the buttons, etc.

4) There are misspellings on your home page. Huge no-no.

5) Your home page text desperately needs different font types, sizes, and colors. More excitement.

6) The first graphic on the left doesn't work when clicked on (even though it has a "Read More" button. Also, this graphic contains font colors that blend with the graphic background.

7) To say something positive, loved the 1st video.

8) The titles on the Before and After photos on the Home page have got to go! If they have any titles at all, they should simply say "Before" or "After."

9) The "More Info" buttons at the bottom of the Home page send you right back up to the top of the page.

10) The "Advertise" link at the bottom of the Home page sends you right back up to the top of the page.

11) Your contact page says "Contact Me" and a phone number but it doesn't say who you are. Who would the customers be calling? I hope it's not your home phone number.

12) The "Free Profile Tips" page text desperately needs different font types, sizes, and colors. More excitement. Also, it reads as though the writer's primary language is not English.

13) The "Online Dating Secrets Ebook" page is just a contact form that says "Leave a Reply" at the top and "Post Comment" at the bottom. Are the customers supposed to send a request to receive the ebook? If so, there should be more specific text on the page to guide the customer.

14) The "Online Dating Articles" page is an exact duplicate of the "Online Dating Secrets Ebook" page. What is it supposed to be?

You've got some work to do yet! But, you have taken action which is commendable! Good luck mate
