How to download online videos played with adobe 11.9.900 player?

Can someone help me with this one. The goal is to download a video from some URL.
Usually I do it from my Chrome plugin that can grab videos and save them on my PC. Or I do it with YouTube Downloader. Or I use Firefox plugin.
Or I can paste the video URL on some online sites that will stream the video file to my PC.
But none of these methods work when the video is played online with Adobe 11.9.900 player. I had the same problem over a year ago, also with Adobe player.
The question is:
How to download online videos played with Adobe 11.9.900 player or some other Adobe players?
I searched for answers online and did not see anything helpful.
