Problem today with Paypal and Clickbank dowload page?

I have had 2 people so far today emailing me saying that they paid with paypal but didnt see any login information page for the member area...

I'm using dlguard and when I do a test sale with a credit card, I am redirected fine to the login info page...

I'd email clickbank about it but they usually take 2-3 days to respond..

Anyone else?

    Have you received the payments in Paypal?

    Sometimes these services can have issues and go down. It's not uncommon for this to happen from time to time. There have been times in the past when Paypal have gone down for hours and during that time none of the payment notifications are sent and I've had many members email me about not getting access. So I just have to manually check their payments and create their members account.

    I'd say that is the most likely cause. So check their payments. If they are there then give them access. Keep an eye on things and hopefully the problem has fixed itself.
