Avoiding Duplicate Content When Using Seo Pressor

My Question. Sorry if it is a stupid one or one that has already been discussed, I searched first and didn't find anything.
How can I avoid duplicate meta content when using Seopressor and Thesis 1.85?
Do I fill in the standard Thesis Seo meta title, description and keywords as well as the Seopressor meta info, or do I just fill in the meta for Seopressor?
I just switched over to Seopressor from yoast and wanted to avoid getting a penalty for duplicate content.
