New Here, Team Beachbody Coach in Need of New Approach

Hi everyone,

My name is Steve and I am a Team Beachbody Coach. My business has been stalemated for years now. I am stuck at Emerald Rank, which means I have at least two active coaches under me. Recently I even lost that rank because ALL SIX coaches under me are inactive. I have tried reaching out to them to ask what is up...if they need any guidance or help...and get no answers.

I don't know what my deal is. A few years ago I was one step away from Diamond (8 coaches under me, 2 of which have to be Emerald). Then one of my Emeralds lost their rank, and it has been a struggle ever since. I can't even get people to sign up to buy anything, let alone to become Coaches.

This site has a lot of info and a lot of people claiming to be gurus. I know you have to invest in a mentor, and I am, but the thing is: how do I find the RIGHT mentor?

Since Beachbody is not making me any money, I am working two jobs. If I could get it to AT LEAST replace the part-time job money ($150 per week), then I could quit and focus on it more. Obviously, two jobs means I don't have time to get out in person...which means internet marketing.

I hope I can find some help here.

Steve

PS: Just so I don't get in trouble, the link in my signature is to my blog, NOT to my affiliate link!

Advice? Get out of MLM and NM schemes while you're ahead. Your position is not unique at all. After all, BB is making money off of you whether you do well or not.

      And how is this helpful??

Although I'm not in MLM, I do loosely follow the industry.

I do like that MLM companies are incorporating more technology into their companies and not just making you do business face to face, although some companies still seem to support only face to face, in-person methods of business.

No matter what company you join, they most likely won't give you the depth of help you really need. (Not in my experience anyway.) Here are some recommended resources for you:

      1. DaniJohnson.com (Dani Johnson was featured in the first episode of Secret Millionaire. Her business is training and supporting MLMers in all different companies. LOVE her stuff!)

      2. Mike Dillard -- MagneticSponsoring.com

      3. SmarterNetworker.com -- I don't know as much about this company, but I like what I see on their Facebook page.

      4. Michelle Pescosolido -- OnlineWealthPartner.com (Michelle Pescosolido on Facebook.)

I've been following Michelle for over a year after buying one of her Facebook training courses. She and her husband Bill are in a network marketing company together. They do very well and one of their specialties is incorporating IM with MLM, which is why I'm so attracted to them.

They've been very successful in MLM (six figures plus) and what I like about them is their focus on using online marketing to build their MLM. They don't push you pester your family and friends.

They use and recommend My Lead System Pro (MLSP), which is an online platform for building your MLM. So that's where you want to focus if you want to use IM to build your MLM.

Michelle does a lot of free videos and trainings and they're very consistent, not here today, gone tomorrow.

      I hope this helps!

      Michelle

I also would say get out of MLM, beach body is pretty good, but really I think that with the same amount of effort you can make a lot more money.

I would say, start a blog/website on a subject you love, one that you could write forever about. Than start writing! Promote your blogs on forums in your market and keep writing more and more.

You'll start to see traffic flowing in, once you do you can start monetizing and selling to your blog.

The income is not immediate, but it becomes residual which is always a plus. A lot of work on a website today can translate to a lot of daily income in the future.

    Hey Steve,

If you are passionate about BB and MLM and NM, then stick with it and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I would be interested to know how you are currently generating leads for your business? Are you building a list? Do people on your list know you?

I've been in the industry a long time, so if I can help in anyway, please let me know.

I have made money for many years selling my own fitness courses. You probably have all the knowledge in the world to create your own products and make a lot more money then you will with Beachbody.

Another benefit you could potentially get from selling your product is that you will be building a list of targeted customers.

If you still wanted to stay with BeachBody you could then sell your Beachbody program to your very targeted list of fitness buyers.

If this MLM company is not guiding you towards making you money to the point that you have to seek help somewhere else and your business is just flatlining... then do you really want to continue with this?

I'm not in MLM but it seems that one of the main reasons to be in such a business is because of the support and teaching they back you up with. If that's not happening... it might be time to reconsider.
