Kind of a waste of time really. You use articles to grab traffic. Without the link, you're getting no traffic.

Great job taking action! That sets you apart from most. However, an article not pointing to anything is not doing you any good.

So keep writing, but wait till yo have an site you can point the traffic to.

Look at it this way, What if a huge site decides to publish your article on their site. And they send 10,000 hits to that article. It would be a shame if you did not benefit from all of that traffic

Does Ezine allow you to change you signature after the fact or no? If so you could easily just place your url after it gets put up. No work lost.

At this point any articles you write you might as well include on your own website. Although articles can be used for traffic there are much better ways to get traffic.

    Hi Drea,

There is no point in publishing your article if you have nothing to link to, just save it as a draft copy, then when you are ready you can submit it for publication.

Note the approval process will take up to a week for free members, and if you edit a live article it will remain unpublished until it has been approved by the editorial staff again.

The whole point in publishing an article is so you can provide value to readers, and if they want to know more about you, you have a link in the article they can click on. If you have no call to action, you really are just wasting your time. As far as submitting to article directories, they are not what they used to be and even with a call to action you can find yourself wasting your time trying to get traffic. Always publish your articles on your own blog, or places you know that can reach an audience related to your niche. Hope this helps.

Tired of time affiliate marketing strategies that tell you to use logic, prioritize activities, and just "make" the time? Here's the surprising reason that doesn't work, and the reason why this one strategy actually DOES.

Instead of leaving your signature blank,
while not create a web 2.0 page either
blogger, wordpress, hubpage, squidoo lens etc
link those articles to any of your account from
the above site and either promote an affiliate product
or adsense, you can even sell ad space if you are
getting lots of visitors to your page.
There are lots you can get or imagine it and you
    will get it.

    Hope this helps?

Unfortunately I do not think Ezinearticles will let you change your link as I tried this a little while back but could not do it.

The good news is that Ezinearticles have published one of your articles, I have found it
increasingly difficult to have articles published there as I think quite a few other forum members have found, so congratulations on that.

I still receive a lot of traffic from Ezinearticles to my websites, even though the articles were published over a year ago, so if you can articles published by them, I am sure that you will receive some good traffic to your site, once you have it functioning.

    I wish you every success!
