Need Help with Cancellation and Refund (no response from support)
After a few days of accessing the members area, I came to the conclusion that the program really isn't for me at this point. I have my own opinions on why I don't like it but I don't want to put it here in this thread -- you can talk to me privately about it though.
Anyway, I put out two support tickets and an email (to the person who billed me) in order to cancel my account and get my refund. It's been a week and I don't have a response. Is it too much to ask to know what's going on? Isn't that what 'support' is for?
I don't question the integrity of the person who owns the newly launched membership site but the lack of response from support is really making me worry about my money and subsequent charges that may arise from not being able to cancel my account.
If anyone could help me please do. What is the best way to cancel my account when there is no cancel subscription button in the members' area?
How do I get my money back?
