If I wanna JV with someone how to protect my ideas ?

I have an idea in my mind !! I want to JV with someone and explain to him what i have , this someone will have to do all the work bec i am not qualified to do it , due to a lack in the cash assets , the traffic volume and the skills !!

I just got an amazing idea !! and i am sure it's gonna make tons of money

How to JV with someone and make sure he sends my percentage and never run away ?!

what should be my percentage from the earnings ? how the process should go ?

Excuse me if it's kinda noob but i don't wanna be tricked , i would put it into action if i can!

  • I don't know much about this stuff but I assume that a signed contract and non-disclosure agreement might be a good idea.
  • It's hard to Sign a contract , i am sure i'll not find someone from my country to apply the idea !

    • I'm just curious....why is it hard to sign a contract? That can be handled digitally these days. Of course, you don't have to tell me, not really any of my business, it just made me curious.

      Are you able to patent or copyright your idea?

  • In a word, NDA.

    Or non disclosure agreement. Its a legally binding document and you find templates on DOcstoc or other similar sites!

    Bear in mind, if you do not have the skills to implement what you have, the experience you will gain from doing a joint venture with someone who can make it work for you is more invaluable.

    Remember to learn something that develops you personally is invaluable, it cant have a price tag on it!

    • Stick to known JV brokers, you can find them via a quick google search, or have you actually tried approaching people you know offline?

      This is how I launched my first product, it was simply asking a friend for a loan which I would pay back within 3 months or so.

      I ended up paying him back in 2 weeks!
