Questions about running a WSO for the first time

Hi Fellow Warriors,

I was hoping that someone may shed some light on a couple of questions relating to running a WSO for the first time.

I have been full time online since 2005 but I've never actually launched a WSO before and it's probably one of the only things that I don't know about when it comes to online marketing.

Yes, I know, shame on me

The WSO that I am planning is for a membership site that warriors will get access to. Access to the site is controlled/managed via aMember and the content delivery platform is phpBB.

aMember is already integrated with phpBB so that's all taken care of.

Does anyone know if I can integrate aMember with the WSO platform to the extent that I can have other warriors promote the WSO as affiliates?

Any advice on this matter would be REALLY appreciated as I am a total novice with the WSO side of things (so please be gentle with me)

Thanks,

Micky

    Hi micky,

By "wso platform", I'm assuming you mean Warrior Plus or JvZoo.

I'm not exactly sure if they integrate seamlessly with aMember; but you can certainly ask their support teams. Their support is pretty good.

      Hi Jaggyjay,

Thank you, yes, that's what I was referring to. I'll ask in their support sections and thank you for your advice. It's much appreciated.

    Seems like it does work:
Anyone tried with JVZoo? | aMember Pro Forum
"I have read jvzoo IPN documentation and it is the same as clickbank IPN.
So if you don't need to use aMember's signup page and will collect payments through JVZOO and just need to add these payments to aMember, you can use clickbank plugin, just configure it as if you use clickbank in front of aMember.
I haven't tried this personally, but I believe this should work."

Thank you for that. I hadn't seen that post when looking through their support forums etc.

Apparently, as I've just found out today, in the release notes for the latest version of aMember there is mention of JVZoo being included as a payment processor.

However, one of their customers posted in their support forums that he was unable to find any mention of the JVZoo integration within his version of aMember.

I have submitted a support ticket to them and when I get a response I'll update this thread so that others can benefit.

      Thanks,

Well, here's the great news that I was hoping for. aMember confirmed that they do already have a plugin that integrates aMember with JVZoo and it's available now.

They are making it a part of the script with the next update.

So problem solved and thanks for your help on this.
