How to build an email database of customers?

I have some difficulties in buiding an email database of customers from the Internet.:confused:
Can you suggest me some ways (some strategies) to help me find potential customers regarding to outsourcing services?

    I'd highly recommend you get into blogging. This way, you can get a targeted audience through the content that you publish online. I'd also highly recommend having a strong presence on social media sites. Show and prove to people why your outsourcing services will benefit them. Start by providing value.

    What services you exactly offer ? do you have a website ?

    Get yourself an auto responder account and have some opt-in box in your website and capture email address of your visitors by giving away some thing special for free.

    Build your list and get them on auto responder series

    This is quite famous formula here on WF.
