Hi

I have a website where i urgently have to change the nameservers asap.

The trouble is i couldn't remember where i registered my domain as it was so long ago.

Anyway i have found the site i think and it is Wild West Domains

The trouble is now i can't remember my customer number so i cant log in.

I have tried emailing them but have not recieved a reply yet and have tried phoning them but none of the numbers on the site work.

What i am basicly asking is this -

Are Wild West Domains a reputable company and does anybody else deal with them here.

Also if anybody has any advice on what i can do to gain access it is very much appreciated.

Thank you
Ben Jones

Try GoDaddy. I'm pretty sure Wild West Domains is just a rebranded GoDaddy reseller.

WildWestDomains is ACTUALLY GODADDY! John Rogers has things backwards! WWD is a godaddy company that allows OTHERS to rebrand! BTW I don't know if you can go to just any WWD site and get details, so you may be going to the wrong one. ALSO, WWD allows changing the site up to 100%, so you might not even be using the right contact info. The resellers can't help you anyway, you have to talk with WWD or godaddy. WD address 14455 North Hayden Road, Suite 219, Scottsdale, AZ. 85260 USA
        GD address 14455 N. Hayden Rd. Suite 219 Scottsdale, AZ 85260 <<<<SAME

        GD 24/7 Billing: (480) 505-8855
WD reseller support (480) 505-8857 <<<<Note similarity to GD billing
WD signup phone (480) 505-8857<<<<Same as GD support!
