  Not all Internet Marketers are small fry affiliate marketers or CPA marketers. Some have huge Internet businesses and DO make millions and billions.

But they are not internet marketer actually the guy i know earns a lot are jerremy shoemoney, internet marketing ninja owner and john chow but they are not billionaire.

  You must be new to all this. There are plenty of business people who use the internet as a medium for marketing that are millionaires.
  
  Start reading magazines like Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Forbes, and you'll see no shortage of new millionaires coming out to share their stories.
  
  The term "internet marketing" is a general, generic term, however, for some people it means anyone who marketers via the internet to other marketers who are looking to make money (the MMO niche).

Of course there are. Maybe there aren't billionaire blog owners, but that's not the only way to make money online, now is it? Take Amazon and Ebay for example. Won't you consider them internet marketers? They most certainly are billionaires.

I guess you need to have your own product or service to go really big. Being an affiliate will only take you so far.

It has more to do with creating the right business at the right time. Creating your own product, while a great idea, will only get you so far. You have to leverage the time of others with a great idea at the right time. It also takes a lot of luck believe it or not.

I think the OP just wanted to know if it is possible, or if someone has already accomplished accumulating $1 Billion+, using "Traditional Internet Marketing methods", such as:
Affiliate Marketing / CPA Marketing, Blogging, Article Writing, etc...

Probably curious about if he/she is able to reach anywhere close to Billions or Hundreds of Millions, sitting at home, working from a computer.

In my opinion, it is Extremely Hard to accomplish; it's very unlikely that someone can achieve that (at this present time).

"Internet Entrepreneurs", like the owners of Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc... have very solid business structures in place, with Hundreds or Thousands of employees, offices across the world, etc...

At some point, they get Millions of dollars from Investors, which inflates the value of their companies, and personal Net Worth.

They provide a "necessary" service that reaches the masses; Hundreds of Millions or Billions of users per day.

Generating $1B+ online is not really achievable by remaining a Stay-at-Home Affiliate/Marketer.

Jeff Bezos, the founder of amazon is more of an internet marketer than other internet entrepreneurs.

I hope you are not confusing internet marketing with "make money online niche". Otherwise, I believe who ever uses the internet to market their business or services is an internet marketer and so Jeff Bezos is such billionaire.

I do not think there is a billionaire internet marketer that exist today
unless you are using pesos or yen as the currency LOL
However i heard Dan Kennedy is a Billionaire, but not sure he got all his money
from Internet Marketing. Kevin Trudeau is also a billionaire but he didn't make all
his money online.

Lets put this into perspective... to reach $1 Billion you would have to net roughly $275,000 per day, every day, for ten years.

And that's net. Since most IM is affiliate driven, with a 50% split being the norm, that means any individual marketer or product creator would have to gross $550K per day in sales every day for ten years to become a billionaire.

The #1 guy I know has done what, $40 million in the last decade? That's not even 10% of the way toward being a billionaire.
