Stupid questions about PLR

I think I had too much to drink and am still feeling the effects. But I have a questions about PLRs. If someone buys a PLR from a reseller does that give you rights to resell it?

    It depends on the rights you're buying. Usually, standard PLR doesn't come with resale rights. However, if you buy a package with an MRR (master resell rights) package you can resell the materials. I am not sure about the demand for PLR for articles due to Panda but PLR demand for ebooks and other items that can be used as digital freebies or squeeze page premiums is still good.

    2. Usually not. Always check the rights you buy BEFORE buying. (as said above MRR means you can resell it)

    What you can and can't do with content licensed under a Private Label Rights license, will be specified in the terms of the license.

    Transferable PLR content
    Certain PLR licenses allow the holder of the PLR content, to sell/pass on Private Label Rights to others.

    Non Transferable PLR content
    These licenses do not allow the holder to transfer Private Label Rights to others.

    However, certain PLR content providers sell Resell Rights to their Non Transferable PLR content. Which means that the person buying the Reseller license, is allowed to sell the PLR content as PLR content. However, the reseller's buyer's are not allowed to pass on Private Label Rights to others.

    Always be sure to check out and understand what you can/cannot do anything you buy with any sort of rights - provate label, master resale, other resale etc.

    If the license information which should be included is not clear, contact the vendor for clarification before you use it, resell it etc so you can remain within the license terms.
