How Much Is Too Much?
I post 4-5 times daily on my blog.
I generate up to 14,000 page visits daily.
My Alexa has dropped by the rate of 1,000 on an almost DAILY basis over the past 3 weeks.
I am now at a little over 39,000 Alexa-wise.
I also comment on quite a few other blogs; this helps improve my stats.
OK, is posting 5 times a day too much? Since my blog is a news portal, no(think cnn.com, instead of "blogging"). Since I have something helpful to say when I post, I post.....and since ideas are unlimited I always have something to say.
Publishing makes better. Some believe that posting frequently reduces the quality of your work; I know posting frequently IMPROVES the quality of your work.
Practice makes better
What do you think?
If you practice 1 skill for 2-3 hours daily do you believe that this skill will improve?
Or do you fear blogging burn out?
Or do you fear annoying people.....even if many of those people are rabid fans who WANT to see you post 3, 4 or 8 times daily?
