Do You Make Money From Amazon Associates?

Hi Matt,

Well, I won't reveal how much I make, but I do very nicely.

I started out by building review sites aimed at 1 to 3 products. I soon learned that single product sites worked best for me. Over the past 2 years, though, I've developed more of an interest in authority sites on a single subject and used those as a platform to promote the amazon products. These require more effort, money, time, but the payouts are working out better than my smaller review sites.

If you are making $20,000 in Amazon commissions in a month then I would stick with whatever you are doing now. I have only heard of a couple of people making this sort of money with the Amazon Affiliate Program.

I made $10 so far from Amazon with a niche site I setup a few years back. I haven't looked at it after that since I work mainly on the MMO IM niches.

I only make couple of dollars per month from amazon, that is passive income

But i have plan in my mind and am pretty sure that i can increase my sales,

is easy to get sales IF you post in forums , or go to those review site just post your affiliate links...provided the admin of the site didn't mind or never check ...

BUT amazon will know can close your account...

I heard many stories....people earn few k and just know their account close ...due to breaking the regulations , rules set by amazon associates..

also in your site have to declare you are promoting amazon ...

Lots of people making money with amazon affiliates. I myself is one of them but you are making bigger than me.. I got mine doubled this Christmas though not as big as yours.

Well, it is very easy to customize a banner if you are a graphic designer or you can pay someone to do it.

I have 3 sites up. Made just about $40 so far but again most of the KW are not ranked well yet. Once spring comes around I should be ok and then can look towards the next xmas rush
