Building more than a niche website?

So I was in the process of building a website for a specific niche and was going to create it so it was surrounded to only 1 part of the niche..the niche is very very large

Would it be better long term to create an Authority website for that niche? I know if it did I could sell it for 5,6 figures in years..

Thoughts?

    Yes, this is exactly what I did to 2 of my niches sites. Now both have hundreds of posts and earning a pretty decent amount from CB per month.. see here:

    Authority sites are good and give you enough love from Google and other search engines. A lot of authority sites rank well in Google than thin affiliate sites with less value. Just make sure you add ton of quality content on your site. It will take sometime and effort but you will get ROI in the long run.

    Many authority websites require more than one person to manage them. So don't be afraid to partner up with somebody (or more) to get the ball rolling!
