wordpress user list different to email list?
I noticed that for many wordpress newsletter (email capture) plugins they are stored in a seperate database list than the wordpress users.
So what do people do in this situation? You don't worry about your wordpress users and just email to those that subscribed? I think it's a missed opportunity.
As well as this I have forum plugin that does use the same users as wordpress but the forum members would not be subscribed by default if the email capture plugin stored them in a seperate list.
I guess what I'm saying is there any newsletter/subscribe plugins that stores the users in the wordpress user table?
