Any advice would be helpful.

I'm looking for someone that can take an exisisting photo of me and "toon" it.

If you Google the word caricature you should be able to find some reputable websites offering the services of capable artists.

Fiverr is where I go.

The person I use is Rose Guillen, as she is super.

Alifia is also good, but she is expensive. Right now she has 26 orders in queue.

Yup, fiverr or freelancer. Ask the person to do a similar type of logo to the one you posted. Btw the one you posted is ugly, so dont go for that lol
