Is there a way to track my solo ad clicks all the way threw my system to click bank?

I don't really understand your question. But you can always track your clicks if you convert your affiliate link into your tracking link.

You can install Prosper202 to your hosting, make tracking URL there for your clickbank offer, buy domain and redirect domain to your prosper tracking URL and use it on your ad.

This is how I would do it, other way is to use some web based URL shortener that tracks clicks etc... And use domain to redirect to that short URL.

  when you say "track all the way through your system", are you talking about a funnel type of system where you will send your clicks through multiple pages on your site then on to a clickbank product?
  
  I have had great success tracking visitors through funnels with bevomedia.Able to track conversion, easily rotate lading pages, rotate clickbank products. you can even shorten your tracking link within bevo. and they also have awesome support.

Yes you can, but if you want to track to a sales conversion level, then it's best to speak to the vendor and see if they already have a preferred solution.

There are so many tracking softwares out there. There's hypertracker (paid) and you can use bitly (free). Both will get the job done and track every click your link gets.

I use a wordpress plugin named PrettyLink, and you can create a track link which redirects to your clickbank affiliate link, and then use the track link in your solo ads.

Now you can check clicks from PrettyLink's back admin interface.
