Best niche finder/ keyword tool?

Is the micro niche finder the best of the best for finding niches and breaking down to good keywords? I know a lot of people use free services, but is the micro niche finder a must have?

    Ok,

I'll tell you what I've tried. Micro Niche Finder, Hot Keyword Spy, another three that were no good which I won't mention because I don't think you'll know of them, Keyword Elite and Market Samarai. The ones I mentioned are Ok. Micro Niche Finder is good. I still have yet to find one that I'm really impressed with and doesn't involve a monthly fee. Does anyone know of any? I feel like I have tried them all, as in software. I want to find a software that doesn't scrape Google. One that already has a Google API, so you can go nuts in searching. Oh well, maybe I'll find one, one of these day!

I have used several, and I am most impressed with Micro Niche Finder. It provides info on keyword phrase searches and how much competition there is, but it also shows their strength of competition (how well these phrases are SEO'd). I haven't found another program with this feature.

That's a broken link. Did you miss it, or has it vanished?

I use Micro Niche Finder ( link in my signature) and I can recommend it.
The search is very fast and easy and you can find hot niches in minutes.
Many features included. And no monthly fee.

Micro Niche Finder, hands down. About $100 up front, no monthly fees, tons of useful features under one roof. The time it saves me alone is worth 10x what it costs. I took a site from brand spankin' new to making about $150/month in Adsense earnings in less than 2 months in a niche I only found because of that software. I'm sure there are even bigger success stories out there.

Mark Ling's Traffic Travis is kind of cool. Haven't played with it as much as I have with Micro Niche finder, which I love.

I am with kayelex about the brain. I have found more great keywords there than anywhere else. Think like the customer and narrow it down. Then I go into the tools and just play a bit, but most of mine come from my brain. I use google and market samuria though.

I use Micro Niche Finder to help me find keywords with decent search volume that I can rank easily for. I find that its quick and easy to use for that purpose.

I have started to use Market Samurai a little more these days but I tend to use it for different purposes.

I wrote a review on micro niche finder on my blog that you can find in my sig.

        Hi Vaan,

Why don't you please tell us what your keyword research tool can do compared to Google keyword tool? Does it work on both Windows and Macs?

        Thanks
        Steve
