Read your own question and really think about that for a moment..................keep thinking..........keep thinking.......now wasn't that a silly question to ask? No, you can't. If you're on a budget, then do it yourself.

You could definitely find a good sales letter copywriter here on the Warrior Forum faster. There are likely at least a few decent copywriters on Fiverr but you'd do a lot of searching before you find them.

I rarely write copy for clients anymore, but when it was a backseat to my ebook ghostwriting services (when I focused more on nonfiction) I had a promotional deal on Fiverr - I'd write you one sales letter for a $5 gig but you were paying full price for another. Because of the bulkiness of Fiverr then without gig extras, I abandoned that concept myself a while ago...but that's me on an old Fiverr account (with the old Fiverr system) that I've long since closed. I write pretty darned good copy and I was on Fiverr. So, maybe you find someone there. And maybe it takes forever.

Or maybe you go the Warriors For Hire section and find a more expensive offer but that's vetted by fellow Warriors.

If your entire budget for a sales letter is $5, then your best bet is to head to Fiverr. I don't think any Warriors are regularly offering those kinds of rates on the WF.

You pay for what you get,

but there might be a newbie who is willing to start low, just to build up feedback

    There's on a budget and then there's $5...

You're not going to get a bespoke sales letter for $5...

You might get a decent writer to 30 mins work for $5, if you're lucky.

When I'm writing copy, I can easily spend 30 minutes just on the headline... And then another 30 minutes changing the thing later on...

For $5, the best you can expect is a 'fill in the blanks' template.

Fiverr can be good for some things - but I'd definitely up your budget if for the sales letter if you're serious about your business.

This is definitely good advice. Any writer doing a sales letter for $5 is definitely using some loss leader approach because the amount of time spent writing a good sales letter will never be properly paid for at a rate of $5.

Don't buy a sales letter for $5 ... it just doesn't make sense!

BUT ... why does everyone seem so afraid to write their own??

I have had absolutely no copywriting training/schooling and I write my own, and they convert pretty well I might add ... it's not that hard.

What type of product are you promoting? If it is a generic product, you can easily copy other good ones you have seen and keep your $5 for something else.

Wow, then you could steal someone else's writing and have a whole $5 in your pocket. Don't take this advice...

If someone pays you $4, would you like to write a sales letter for him?

In fact, $4 can't even buy a good headline.

Well, you can get it either on fiverr...or hire someone from here, pay him more and he will order it on fiverr then and keeps the difference.

p.s. I hope you guys know, that not everything on fiverr costs 1 gig...I spent $50 on some gigs on fiverr...so its not like you get everything for $5.

last time I hired a decent copywriter it was $10,000, I wouldn't waste $5 on fiverr for copy. Read the 12 step sales letter by david frey and write it yourself

You can write a sales letter yourself, after studying this matter. There is a copywriting forum here at the WF. There are many other places where you can find information about how to write an effective sales letter.

Even if it won't be perfect, it surely will be much better than a sales letter written by someone who is not an expert.

If you cannot spend money outsourcing, you have to spend your time studying.

The quality on Fiverr is going to be about what you should expect for $5 sales copy. You'll probably be lucky if it makes much sense.

I agree that Fiverr would not be a good choice for this. You would be just throwing your five dollars out basically. I have never seen anyone on Fiverr deliver anything great or even good as far as writers go. Fiverr can be good for something's but having someone write something for you would be a waste. You could do a lot better yourself. Use your time and write the sales letter yourself. You have the vision and it is very hard to communicate your vision to a writer (unless they are very good) and have them write the way you need it. Just jump into it, don't worry so much about the formula or how it sounds. Write it first then have your friends or even the good people on warriorforum critique it and give you ideas on how to better it.

Fiverr is probably not the best place to get a sales letter written. The quality of the sales letter that you are going to receive for just $5 just won't cut it if you really want to have a high converting offer.

I would probably recommend the "Warrior for Hire" section here on the forum. That is at least a great place to start.
