Hi, guys I have added a product to the jvzoo as a Vendor.
Its been quite more than 24 hours and the status of my product says:
THESE PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE SOLD
I am not sure why, I have submitted the ticket and stil no reply.
Is there a phone number to call JvZoo? Is there any way to find out why?
I didnt add the url for the thread yet but I can not because I didnt pay fr the thread yet.

So what should I actually do? I wrote a ticket still no reply.
Any advices? Ideas?
Thanks.

That message usually appears when you don't have the listing completed - eg you don't have the salespage URL in it.

Or, when you've got the on sale time in the future.

Or, when you've set it to not allow sales yet.

Put a temporary salespage up somewhere else (jvzoo offers an option to do that too), test it all, then pay for your WSO thread (I presume it's a WSO), change out the salespage URL and you're up and running.

Contact support and wait. I think too many people assume companies are running 24/7 but they are not. I would always give a business at least 2 business days to respond before I start worrying or asking questions.
